  • The two young gentlemen were very helpful, patient and professional. They even offered to use their mobile phone as it had a larger screen, in conjunction with the Lumber Liquidators app to simulate what my chosen floor would look like in my actual home. Great customer service, and can't say enough about these young men. They did it all, from assisting walk in guests, to working the form lift in the warehouse to loading my car. You don't find employees like this who have a sense of ownership like they did. I just wish I remembered their names to mention them. I believe one was Daniel Gurrola as I just found the business card in my wallet.
