Hubby and I had dinner on a Saturday evening and although made reservations, probably didn't need them (we were there at 6:30pm). It seems they don't get busy until about 8pm so would advise reserving if you want a later dinner.
On to the food... It was awesome! I had the duck confit followed by creme brûlée and hubby had the beef with a green salad to start and the pineapple flambé for dessert. Everything was delicious! It was also well priced. Our dinner, with a glass of wine each, came to around $150 with tax and tip.
Service was quick, attentive and overall pleasant. The staff are bilingual, so those that don't speak French, do not be intimidated to try them out :) We were practicing our French and appreciated the staffs' patience.
I would definitely come back the next time we are in Montreal and I would recommend that friends check it out. The experience really was like being at a bistro in Paris.
