  • DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I got the oil change on my truck done here about a month ago. My experience with them THAT time was not bad, it was average but my second experience was one of the worst ones I've ever had. Two days ago I took my truck to get the front brake pads and rotors changed (which I had purchased myself) and the manager Angel told me my oil was low and dirty and asked if I would like an oil change as well. I declined and stated it had been done a month ago by them. He then told me they would top it off for free (which they didn't do). They charged me $133 for labor to switch the front brake pads and rotors. I urgently needed the work to get done so I reluctantly agreed. I dropped my truck off around 12pm. They were working on only ONE other vehicle when I dropped my truck off and there were no other customers. An hour and a half after I dropped off my truck Angel called me to tell me I had purchased the wrong rotors and also asked me if I wanted to get a brake flush. I declined. When I got there Angel told me that AutoZone which is down the street has the rotors for my truck in stock. He wrote down the part number for me on a business card. I gave the business card to the AutoZone associate and he was able to get the rotors right away. I went back to Tire Works and dropped off the rotors and was told it would be another hour and a half. Two hours went by and I had not received a phone call so I called them. I was told that the rotors were wrong again and rather than having me drive back and forth, they would exchange the rotors for me. I was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. Another two hours went by and again I hadn't received a phone call. If I had known they were going to take their sweet time I would have exchanged the rotors myself. I called them to find out how much longer it would be. I was told that they were putting the rotors on now and I could pick my truck up in 30 minutes. After all of this, I didn't get my truck back until 6:30pm and was not offered any type of discount. Apparently, when you decline additional services they put you at the bottom of the list and customer service goes out the window. To make matters worse, my truck would not start when I picked it up because they drained the battery (which is only about a year old) so they had to jump start it. This was most definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm telling everyone I know DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
