  • There's one woman here who got an attitude with me simply because I changed my order from just a drink to actually getting a mac n cheese. It isn't that hard to press a button on a screen. On top of that me and my friends over heard her referring to a customer who just ordered as "the ignorant man". This is no way to act in customer service.
