| - This place is NOT family friendly. They are slowly refusing to renew leases for people who have lived here for years (including families with young children and infants-causing them to have to move in the middle of January) so that they can up the rent with new tenants. Management used to be great until Jackie left. Kyle is your typical puppet and Tayler is literally a 14 year old girl (okay maybe 19, but you get the jist). It would be different if she were a little more professional (or God forbid, pleasant) but she has a chronic RBF. And they will NOT tell you who the owner is, just that they manage in his stead. They will steal your car if you have a flat tire ('assuming' it is in disrepair, even though you use an air compressor before driving it each time). There was also a heroin overdose down the hall this past year. Cops, ambulances, firefighters...the works...all while my two children under 3 were about 100 feet away. Inkling that they were also selling drugs, too. After reporting it to management, they continued to live there for the remainder of the lease, so CLEARLY they are not concerned with anyone's safety. I highly suggest choosing someplace else.
Also, if you're single and don't care about the community aspect, the actual apartments suck. Wobbly toilets, leaky windows...they will show you the ONE nice model apt and get you all interested and try to fool you into signing. DONT. Walk through the craphole they are actually attempting to lease to you and check EVERYTHING.
Oh yeahhhh and they advertise "parkSIDE" as having a really nice park next to it...but it's gated. They never open the gate, and if you wanna take your kid to it, you have to either walk a mile or drive, and that's just plain misleading. There are much better living options, please keep looking, or you might regret it.
