Called the day before under a different name to see if they had this bag I needed to exchange. I know people dont want to lose money on an exchange/ return bc it sucks I get it. But I show up for the exchange and no one came for fifteen minutes to help me. Finally the girl who came to help me tried telling me that peeling is normal and it should peel any further because the stitching begins where the peeling ended. The lining was no where near the stitching? The lady took off with my bag for 25 minutes and then told me that I have to go to forums because they don't have the bag here. What a BS excuse. I called and they said in stock online??? That's why I called because I knew they'd try something like that. I still held my tongue and said ok didn't argue smiled and left bc the lady assured I'd be taken care of. Well she was wrong.
