  • Durango Animal Hospital used to be perhaps the best in town, but something changed. Not sure if it's new ownership but they are experiencing many problems. They are severely understaffed. Walk-in wait time is at least 90 minutes to 2 hours. Front desk staff is rude and dismissive of customers. The physical plant of the building is in disrepair, the front door handle is broken and need of replacement - many times leaving the door unusable. The front counter laminate is chipped and pealing away. It feels like they are not investing in the business and just harvesting what they can before they close shop. Last visit here for me.
