| - Went to the shop and tried some juices. To my surprise they didn't have many premium brands That I have heard, read , or seen on YouTube .. But the charge premium prices on a All the brands they do carry. I tried 3 or 4 flavors and decided on vanilla Van Gogh~great tasting juice; And blueberry specifically. I was inclined to buy more but never heard of most of the brands they use. They have a in house brand wich is what I bought cause the real premium brands were almost double the price. Flavors were great in the samples .. But when I got home the blueberry tasted like complete ass. It literally was the worst blueberry taste I have ever had. So I called the shop and they don't do returns, which I understand due to health reasons. BUT I was told. " sorry bro there is no returns, next time try more flavors and pick a better one" !! Are you freaking kidding me! Unprofessional jerk. Dropped like 30+ bucks on 2 10ml juices and (another small part for my noob ecig ego.. Which I also later found on eBay for a 1/3 of the price) that's the response I get?! Not even a "sorry to hear than man, we strive to provide the best juices and flavors available come down and try some more I promise we will get you some that you will like"
After you tubing what the case could be I found that I needed to maybe steep the juice for up a few weeks to get the flavor the shop had. I waited about 2 weeks and the flavor is no where near the one I tried.
So I said ya know what let me try another local shop since I am new to Vapeing and quitting cigarettes and I really want to stop smoking. I went to innovative vapor.. I think that's what it is called not too sure.. it's on baseline and college right near u.s. Egg. They had an unbelievable selection of flavors, tons of premium brands, knowledge about the mods, rda and flavor profiles. I told him about my experience at my last shop and he actually tried my blueberry to get what I was saying. He was blown away that after (company response-3 week pre bottle steeping time) and my weeks steeping it still tasted like crap. He actually gave me a free 5ml bottle of some house blueberry juice they had and said "don't worry my man Vapeing is a way better alternative to smoking and I want to help you anyway I can, here is some blueberry house juice on me." I was freaking blown away with his response and as I sat there he started to tell me about mods, rda, coil builds, ohm's and all the other technical vape stuff... to be honest I really didn't even know what he was saying at first but there were other people in the shop so I was just learning what it was alI about. I actually felt like a respected person there. He didn't just want to grab my money and push me out the door. I ended up just trying the blueberry and came back a few days later to thank them and grab some more flavors.
( I picked up some REAL premium brands like suicide bunny, cosmic fog, and blue label elixir. I figured a premium liquid must be like selecting premium alcohol. To be honest it was like comparing Grey Goose to Popov ( that bottom shef plastic bottle stuff)
When I went back to the innovative vapor store on college and baseline the second time I was greeted by NAME!! He was like hey Aaron how did that blueberry turn out? Have you smoked any cigs ? I hope not! I can't believe how just down the road there are shops that do business in a complete different way.
So moral of my long story I don't recommend Synergy juices or the way the shop handles it customers( the one next to silver mines). It's staff is no where near as professional and knowledgeable as some of the other local shops in the area. You would think with all this competition popping up that stores would go the extra mile to keep you coming back. But not this one.. Unless you like the college frat boy service
