  • I bought my corolla here and have been very pleased with my car, however, the service department is SLOW! The last few times I have come to have my car serviced, it has taken them nearly 2.5 to 3 hours to service my vehicle. The service could be as simple as an oil change or tire rotation. It should never take this long to service a vehicle. I have left irritated each time and plan to find a different dealership to take my car to from now on. Clearly they need to work on their customer service and need to learn to communicate.
