  • Awesome customer service, never experienced before. My wife's car broke down near Genins and AAA delivered it there, only to realize that the repair was a warranty item, which required a Ford dealer to perform. I was out of town for work so Genins loaned her a car, no questions asked. They even offered for her to keep the car during the repair! We didn't feel right doing that since Genins wasn't even doing the repair so the next day we dropped the car back off. They refused to take any money for letting us borrow their loaner. In addition, we left our garage door opener in their car. They called me regularly for a month, reminding me to pick it up. They even offered to mail it to me. Who does that? Great people. I highly recommend Genin's Autocare.
