  • I called to make sure it was a delivery service vs an actual shop - they are just a delivery service. It was around 11:30pm when I put in my order and was told they would be there around 30 minutes - when it was near 30 minutes, I went downstairs of my hotel to wait for them. Another 20 minutes goes by and they still haven't arrived. I kept texting them and they said soon - then they arrived around 45 minutes after the estimated time they gave me. Appreciated the blunt for first time buyer, but didn't like that I was told they would arrive earlier.
