  • Moved out of here in August of this year (2017). Had no issues with maintenance they may have taken a day or two but they fixed what needed to be. Office staff was not the greatest but they were always there when I needed to pick up packages etc. My neighbors were not noisy although the walls are kind of thin so keep that in mind. Overall a great location with all the amenities, washer, dryer, pool, fitness center, covered parking etc. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live near tempe, scottsdale and phoenix!
