I have lived at these apartments at Breckenridge for a couple years and the management is quite bad. They have horrible customer service skills. Getting something fixed is like pulling teeth or all you get is excuses from the management team. Communication within the office and with you is almost non existent. Most recently, my carpets were supposed to be cleaned and several items fixed while I was out of town. I get a call on Tuesday, my carpets were to be cleaned Wednesday, saying we suddenly don't have a key to your apartment. What?, you were just in there a couple months ago fixing something again. I tell the rental agent to talk to the manager and figure it out and get back to me. No word until I get a different agent calling me on Friday telling me that they don't have a key to my apartment I was dumbfounded and said I already heard that several days ago and you guys were supposed to get that figured out. If they lost the key to my apartment I will expect the locks to be changed out immediately. The gate right by my apartment has been mangled for over 1 1/2 yrs, it has been almost 5 months now since they have been working on getting it fixed and authorized from the owner. Knowing what I know now, I would drive right passed this place.
