First time here and we arrived and were unsure of the order process. 2 guys were behind the counter slicing and gave no acknowledgment. We waited in the designated order here area with no one in front of us. Finally asked one of the guys behind the counter if we ordered here and they said we had to wait a moment while they were doing some other people's orders around the corner. My friend ordered brisket and I ordered pulled pork. The pork contained 8 oz and possessed decent flavor but fatty part s and vessels which are both unattractive and inedible. I will return but they need to learn how to dissect and choose the meat. from my personal opinion, I think they need to do a better job of training the staff that works here on both customer service, and plating from a chef's perspective. no one wants to eat the portions of an animal that are tendon, vein or fascia.
