  • I had been looking a while for solid plumbing services. I was flexible on price as well, as long as it lined up with the work requested. Eagle Services was recommend by a neighbor and I loved that they had availability 24/7. Nikki who took my call was very courteous and made sure she was clear on my needs and explained the process. The appointment was also convenient for me. Although the serviceman, Carl, was running late due to a previous engagement, he was courteous to let me know "ahead" of our appointment, the reason why, and apologized. Even though I wasn't home (my wife was), Carl communicated with me about the diagnostic, what he found, what would be required to fix it, and in-detail. He even took care of a loose faucet, I had forgotten about, at no additional charge. Throughout our conversations, he kept me abreast of his progress, and I was very pleased with the results.
