  • I am writing this from a husbands point of view. I sat there while my wife got her Manicure done- took about 1/2 hour; what I saw is really a lost art nowadays. Customer Service at its best. The owner is "on-site" and working, he pays attention to each customer, listens to them and their needs, and genuinely cares about his patrons. Its this type of attitude that makes a business succeed. Everyone of his employees was courteous and professional. They are also good at what they do. I saw they owner pick up a lady's purse and hang it on a hook for her next to where she was getting manicure done.......he could have walked right by-but they care. This place is spotless too.Its a husband and wife team here. Both very nice and accommodating. Guys- your wife will Thank You if you get her a gift certificate here-I promise.
