Over the weekend I came to the rocky river store to add my husband to my cell phone plan. He needed a new phone and saw online a free S4 with 2 year agreement. We got there as soon as it opened because we know what a pain it is to wait in line at the cell phone store.
The first problem occurred when they didn't have the same deal in the store as online and they made us go online from our cell phones and get the coupon code. Um, shouldn't that be something you offer to do for me as an employee?
Next all the issues came. Once we decided to add the line and got the phone out, there was over a 3 hour wait because they couldn't figure out how to add the line. I guess there were a bunch of problems. About 30 mins in the first person that was helping us jumped ship and handed us over to another. After another hour that person did the same. So, more than 3 hours later we left with a working phone, but I think its unacceptable to have that many issues and not know how to fix them.
I will say that the people we worked with were courteous and professional but, man oh man, get the computer program together, this should not be that difficult a process.
