  • VERY DISAPOINTED! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! MY situation was very very bad and i did indeed discuss my concerns with Mr. Moak. I did not want to file until I paid off a couple of loans that had a court judgement on me.....whats wrong with that!! After paying this law firm about 1500.00 I owed them 1030.00 but because I chose to pay a loan before I filed, I not only lost 1500.00 that I so need right now, but also they will now not represent me and said the 1500.00 is gone! Here I thought I was doing a good thing, but nope! Its all about $$$ with them... they don't care about you! very sad and upsetting day for me!
