  • Awesome! I worked with Carl Grotheer via email about a week or two before stopping in to purchase my new 2015 Civic. He was not only friendly and helpful, but he took the time to provide a breakdown of costs for me. I was honestly shocked when those prices stayed true to word when I physically met with Carl. Everything was consistent; customer service was excellent, speed of service was unbelievable (only two hours to purchase a new car), and pricing was affordable for me! Dean from finance was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and anything but pushy! He didn't try to haggle me into something I didn't want, which I think all customers would appreciate! Tempe Honda employees really changed my whole perspective on what the "typical" car salesman should be like! They took excellent care of me, and most importantly, treated me like a human being and not just a number. I'll be coming back here for as long as I'm in Arizona, and I definitely will recommend to others. Please keep up the great work!!
