  • Had scheduled appointment for complete SUV detailing today at 8am. I was called night before asked to change appt from 8am to 11am to which I agreed. Nobody showed up at 11am. No text no phone call. How this company got all these high ratings I have no idea. I used to be in the customer service business for MANY years.
