  • We updated our account information, billing and credit card information, however they never made the changes or updates on their end. Ultimately, they auctioned off all of our belongings, but never tried calling us.. We had been paying for the unit for over 9 years and they never called to let us know that the payment wasn't being processed EVEN THOUGH we called and gave them the new card, new address and new email. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They have a deal with local storage auctions and have a store policy to never call customers when there is an issue despite that not aligning with the corporate policy.
