  • Purchased online for in-store pickup. Email said it would be ready in 20 min. While waiting in line at the store, 20 minutes later, received email the order was cancelled, out of stock. Fine. Went to Computer section, stood in the front of the line and watch 4 associates talk to each other for 5 minutes, never acknowledging us or the people behind us. Gave up and walked out. Hope Amazon continues to put them out of business.
