  • Its stressful enough to go thru the hustle and bustle with getting our kids back to school, I certainly didnt Expect rude staff because a hanger fell on the floor from a rack that didnt eaven have a item hanging from it! I wasnt paying attention to that because my daughter had my attention at the moment yet I apologized when the Ross employee agressivley and with and attitude pick up the hanger and give me a dirty looking and ignoring my apology in front of another staff member and other shoppers. Didnt make school Shopping pleasent and my teenage daughter even thought how unprofessional her conduct was.
