  • I have never had such a difficult time booking a doctors appointment. I called multiple numbers just to constantly be transferred to a different person. Was on the phone approx. an hour to book a simple appointment for a check up. The office staff wasn't to be found when we arrived to our appointment 15 minutes early as we were directed to do so. We checked in via a clipboard. When we finally came across the office staff, they were very unwelcoming and showed no interest we were there even after they went over the check in clipboard. I had to initiate contact and ask for paperwork, since this was my daughters first time in their office. Once we met the pediatrician.. I did notice she didn't wash her hands when she walked in the room and prior to her putting her fingers inside my 6 month old daughters mouth. Nor did she wash her hands after exiting the room, filthy practice if you ask me! Lastly, the nurse who was administering the necessary 6 month vaccinations had me give the oral vaccination to my daughter.. What is going on with this place? Clean up your acts and your practice. This office is so disorganized, unfriendly and certainly they need a hygiene refresher course!
