  • I had a great experience with Serge, but the rest of the staff is rude and they don't seem to have time for you. I came to pick my jacket up and there was no one around. After 5 mins waiting, one of the salespeople came by. He proceeded to count the items in front of him and told me that he couldn't help me. Someone else came by and begrudgingly gave my jacket.
