  • The tour at Steam Whistle is so much fun, I would recommend it to everyone. The brewery is located right across from the CN Tower, so if you're a tourist it will be very easy to find. Steam Whistle only does a Pilsner and as their motto says, they "do one thing really, really well." The tour is really informative, but casual and laid back. Our tour guide was awesome. He kept us entertained the entire time. Everyone at the brewery was incredibly friendly. The tour is $10, but it includes a sample of their pilsner and a souvenir. On our tour, we were given 3 beers - definitely worth the $10! We were a smaller tour group, so we got very lucky. Our tour guide gave us beer that was bottled 3 minutes prior. Can you believe that -we drank beer that was 3 minutes fresh from bottling?! (If you don't, see my uploaded pictures for proof!) The brewery is impeccably clean and has a retro, industrial feel. Steam Whistle is also a VERY green company, which is a definite plus. If you are a tourist, this is a must-do in Toronto! You will for sure have a great time. Bottom line - amazing beer, amazing staff!
