| - They offer first day free trial for both daycare and boarding. It's nice that they also offer boarding, as most places do not, and you can test it out prior to leaving your dog for a longer vacation, that way you can have a peace of mind.
From what I can tell, they only have indoor play area, which I do not like. Their indoor play areas are separated into different play groups, each playground does not look that spacious and looks like there are way too many dogs in one room, at least not enough for your dogs to be running around ( I uploaded a picture from their camera). There are also these metal holes on the ground, I think they may be to drain liquid. I see some toys on the ground as well in the play area. You can see one of the play rooms via a window in the receptionist area. When you first walk in, you see screens that displays the camera within the play rooms.
The receptionists are not very nice, nor friendly. The whole time they looked down when I checked in. I was told via email that no other forms were needed, but yet when I showed up I still had to sign and fill out 4 different pages. This could cause a delay if you are in a hurry, they should be more efficient and include the forms on their website.
Like most boarding facilities, they try to get an extra stream of revenue by selling dog treats and toys. They do not sell dog food here.
To find this facility, if you are facing Tin Tin Buffet, take a left onto the road that is to the left of Tin Tin, go down for about 0.2 miles, the facility is on your left. I think the setup of this facility looks more like a Vet than a daycare. Not spacious enough for a day care, though the play rooms do look fairly clean and bright.
