  • Definitely gone downhill in the last few years. Bell desk is an absolute nightmare. Took us 15 minutes to get our luggage on a quite Monday morning. Two bell hops were just standing around. Service is clearly not their priority anymore. The Venitian is literally across the road! Peace out Palace....
