  • Terrible customer service. I encountered 3 associates at this store and all of them were really short with me and had really bad attitudes. Greg was especially rude to my mom when she got the counter to pay. She had to force him to speak to her and was reluctant to give the store managers name when she asked for it. I'll be going to joanns from now on
