  • If you need your test results ASAP, don't go to Quest Diagnostics at all. I have no complains about that location, ( I checked in pretty fast and the staff was ok ) the problem is getting your test results, you will have to wait and beg! They take their sweet time to send the results to your doc ( my doc never received them) and you can't get a paper copy in person, everything is "handled" online through their non working website. After a month of waiting, I had to call their customer service to get my test results. At first they refused, then they transferred me to 3 different call centers in the US, after 1h over the phone I finally spoke with a very understanding customer representative (in Florida!) she apologized and faxed my test results... I will NEVER deal with Quest Diagnostics again, it's a ghost company.
