  • Ok I've been here a few time for a 2001 Impala LS, a 2006 Impala LS & a 2008 Malibu LTZ. First time with the 01 Impala took longer than they told me which was fine & everything was great. For the 06 Impala I had to have 2k bucks worth of repairs done & the service manager John took care of me & made sure everything was as he spoke it to me from the work to the price of everything. John was a amazing, he got me a rental as they worked on my car & took care of everything as far as my warranty, where I ended up only paying $600. He made my experience a great 1 that day. Now the 08 Malibu went in for a oil change, tire rotation & the front end inspection. So he said it would be 45 minutes to a hour which is fine but it took 2 in a half hours. That didn't bother me. What did bother me was the fact that they didn't do the front end inspection. That's really the whole reason I got to the Chevy dealership fora oil change is for the inspection. But besides that it's a great place to go & it's a pet friendly establishment.
