  • This is the worst user experience ever! Their lines are always busy. We tried to called them at different time in 5 days and finally got through after remaining on the line for 32 minutes. And then they transferred us to other department that still have to wait for a super long time. We moved to a new place but have no electricity for 2 weeks because it was toooooooo hard to get through to them, and their weak execution.
