  • I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. You get what you pay for, and this place is cheap. Be prepared to go through different management every 2 months, so if you have ongoing problems, you'll have to re-explain that with a new person every time you walk into the leasing office. Oh, do like cockroaches and bedbugs? You'll have those too!!!! No matter how clean you are, you'll have them at some point, because all your neighbors have them. Paper thin walls, so if you're on the second story and your neighbor downstairs doesn't like noise at all, be prepared to have a 10 day eviction notice posted on your door without notice. You'll be forced to go into to office to plead your case. Oh and because this place is so shitty and needs constant upkeep from old amenities and appliances, be prepared to put in a thousand work orders so they can temporarily fix your problem but it will be broken by the time the next person moves in. And you'll be waiting up to 4 weeks to have them come fix it too!
