  • They run quite the scam on their warranty. They tell you to add it on, no risk if. If you don't use it they refund you. Turns out it's a store credit. I don't have a problem with that if they explain that when you buy. But they didn't. Now I try to talk to someone, everyone tells you it's not their department. They promise to call you back but nobody does. They are only available 3 days a week and I call and it's a 51 minutes wait to talk to someone. Terrible way to do business.
