We ran into a problem buying a necklace. We had a credit card with $1,000 credit limit and trying to get a $130 necklace, we were told that our account was closed!! We used this card a few months ago and then paid it off, I have no idea why they would have done that. The woman here was very helpful and patient with us. Even after the bank told us we had to reapply, she made some calls to figure out what was going on so we didn't take a hit to our credit by reapplying. They kept retrying and retrying but we ended up reapplying anyways and got denied even though we already had an account. I don't know what it is with Kay's banking but I'm gonna need them to get it together. 3 stars for the woman being super patient and trying everything in her power to help us. No stars for Kay's banking issue.
