  • We have been regulars of Futo Buta since it opened, but we typically stick to the "cooked" stuff. Brussels sprouts, Baos, Ramen, all excellent. This past weekend we stuck exclusively to the Raw menu and were blown away. Uni, Salmon Belly, Toro...completely mindblowing, both in flavor and presentation. We hadn't had excellent "top tier" sushi varieties here in Charlotte until now. Futo Buta...NOT JUST RAMEN! Bravo!
