  • I put a one for the rating because it would not allow me to put a zero. I called and made an appointment on the 12th for 8:30 on the 21st. They Evan emailed me the registration papers the same day, so I would already have them completed on my sons 1st visit. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my schedule appointment they front desk said she didn't have me scheduled. Good thing I had all my papers already filled out and my email that showed I was supposed to be there. So they called my son back, just to inform me that the doctor does not allow the parent to accompany the minor child back for treatment. That's insane I thought! I have never met the doctor. I didn't know if they would be male or female. When I expressed my concerns that a parent should always be welcomed to view any and all treatment being done on a 7 year child. The only response they gave is, " it's the doctors policy". Anyone that wants to be alone with a minor and never attempts to meet their parents, makes me very uneasy. I was giving the only option to cancel my appointment and start a new search for a dentist. If you don't mind complete strangers being alone with your minor children, this is the place for you. But, not for me. I left immediately.
