rev:text	Frustrated doesn't even begin to cover my feeling toward Molly Maids of Central Charlotte! I contacted them to get a quote they took my zip code and confirmed I was in their jurisdiction and set up an in home estimate which only happens M-Th during business hours. So I take a half day off of work for my 10:30 am appointment and at 10:11am I receive a message I am out of their jurisdiction so they can not service my house. I call and speak to Victoria who I have spoken to a few times now and ask why they didn't know this when I made the appointment and she really didn't give much of an answer. I then asked her to give me the number of the other Molly Maids in Charlotte and she said I am not in their area either. So now my real issues is that Molly Maids as a company obviously does not service areas they feel are "undesirable". I live within a 3 minute drive from Uptown, but I am obviously on the wrong side of the tracks!!!! They have no problem serving the people in Noda or in the 4th ward but can't come a few blocks over!!! This is flat out discrimination!!!!
