I'm so frustrated with the office staff. Not over did I get over charged by $50.00 and had an impossible time getting it back, but this time I got there 10 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment. At 1:35 they informed me that I would need to come back later because they didn't have a room. Apparently they had a new computer system and they didn't check both systems. I would think if you have a new system you would double and triple check to make sure you bring over all the appointments. When this staff screws up they never apologize nor do they offer any extra services. I was concerned when Hope one of the estheticians left that it wasn't going to be just the same. This place really needs to make some major changes and be more customer service friendly! Once I finish up my package I won't be back.
