  • Madison is lucky to have multiple very good Mexican restaurants. So sometimes it is the little things that differentiate them. After receiving my drink tonight I took one sip and then I accidentally spilled it all. Completely my fault. But a very good restaurant would have felt bad and replaced it free of charge. But after providing me a new drink, I noticed after the meal that both drinks were on the bill. Completely within their right, but the lack of a good will gesture will keep me from coming back.
