  • I'll uprgade it to 4 star. I went again last week for some service and the boss was really nice, went out of his way to accommodate me. In fact all my visits since 2011 have been pleasant except for the one time last fall when I got admonished for asking a question that I thought was totally innocent and common question to ask at a Watch Store. It could be the guy is mildly bipolar and thus occasionally can be caught in a sensitive mood which is not a reflection of his real nature.. Also I think they view themselves as a boutique type retailer and professional service centre and they get touchy if people come in wanting to bargain, make sarcastic comments about pricing or some other form of perceived disrespect. Despite these and other issues, they carry really good products, are well stocked with parts (OEM bands, bracelets & batteries) and are an excellent place to for routine watch servicing.
