  • Several times over the years we have had to rush over to the UW Hospital's Emergency and I can not say enough wonderful things about the quality, compassionate care we have received each time. From rushing our daughter to Emergency because of a severe allergic reaction and most recently because of my husband's heart attack, from THE MOMENT we stepped through the Emergency doors we were quickly greeted by a caring, competent, efficient staff member at the reception desk and then hospital personnel whisked the patient away while I finished registration within minutes. I have the most utmost praise and respect for everyone working at this University Hospital and I will forever be grateful for their hardworking team of caring, professional, dedicated doctors, nurses and nursing assistants, technicians and reception admitting staff. UW Hospital will always be the first hospital we rush to whenever there is an emergency.
