  • Kristi gets my triple seal of approval! Due to a death in the family, she helped us sell/buy three different homes in a few months. She genuinely cared about us, our homes, and our hard earned money. She has great people skills, which makes her a natural with relating to other agents and keeping negotiations going and in your favor. She'll do all she can get get you top dollar when you're selling. She gave us practical suggestions for getting our home ready to sell and even helped stage it. When buying with her, she's just as excellent! The house we fell in love with was over-budget, but she (eventually!) got the seller to see we had made our top offer and that was it! We wouldn't have our new home without her. Kristi is as top quality agent that you won't regret using!
