  • The service was the worst I have ever had in Las Vegas. The staff didn't even acknowledge that we were there when we took a seat. My wife had to get up and ask to be served. From the point we entered it took over an hour to get our food. Once we got our first drinks the server never asked us if we would wanted another one. We never received an apology from the server or the manager, even after my wife spoke to the manager. Once we did get our food, it was cool. We felt like third rate citizens. We would have had several drinks if the service was good. The couples around us were getting service, and wonder if it was the color of our skin. We are not the type to bring race into, but that was the only difference. It was such a disappointing experience that we decided to eat and gamble at neighboring casinos, for the rest of our stay. We would have cancelled our bottle service at Intrigue Night Club, but we already had several friends meeting us there for the evening. I like the fact that they said to contact them. I did and haven't heard from them. I guess we weren't important enough.
