  • Just called a different company to replace my windshield and they scheduled an appointment and took my number -- and then neither called nor showed up! Well, I called Icon and they were so professional! My favorite parts: 1. Cost was $100 lower than the previous company's quote. 2. Extremely friendly, family-owned business. 3. Called 4 hours BEFORE they were scheduled and asked if I wanted them to come early! 4. When the technician (John) was done he saw that our rear-view mirrors were taped in place (they don't come off but they wobble). He said," I see your mirrors are loose, would you like me to glue them for you so they'll stay? I see you have kids and it's kind of a safety issue so I'm happy to do it for you." This was a great, thoughtful solution to something that's been a problem for a long time! 5. They use the good glass -- not the cheap stuff. :) You can't beat the service or the price. Give them a call. You won't regret it!
