If I could choose less than half a star I would for patient treatment! I have been in the medical field for almost 20 years and know how to treat patients. The Dr had no personality, he asked about my health when I started to tell him it seemed as if he wasn't even listening and ignored what I was saying, he didn't say much at all except which ones better 1 or 2? 3 or 4?
While waiting for the Dr I was encouraged to look at the frames. When they called me for my eye exam I was basically scolded for looking instead of waiting until after my appointment! I was upset about that but I went to my appointment wanting and needing new glasses. Once exam was over I was sent to waiting area to get called to ordering desk. Those ladies were very nice except for being told to call because sometimes they get one pair at a time. I called to check on status only to be spoken to so rudely that I was upset the rest of the day!
I was told Dr recommended this or that which Jacked up the price from $69 to well over $150! Yeah didn't get sunglasses or super thin lenses, not a worry I care about . The problem is the receptionist they are rude and downright nasty. The $69 for 2 pairs is only a ploy to hook you into scheduling an appointment and increasing their revenue!
I would not recommend going to America's Best spend the few extra dollars to be treated with respect!!!
