  • I must say the staff and doctor are very nice, I see reviews saying they aren't friendly but to me they are. The reason for my rating is because of an incorrect contact lens fitting. I have worn contact lenses for at least 15 years and my eyes have not changed sizes. Eye doctors are always so secretive about prescriptions and I believe it's because they don't want you to buy your stuff from somewhere else. I did however get my prescription and emailed it to the place I buy my contacts without paying attention ( my fault for not comparing it to my old scrip) and I ordered some boxes. In my left eye I have astigmatism and I have to purchase a Toric lense. She listed my base curve as 8.7 and axis as 140 my base curve is 8.6 and my axis is 170. I am now stuck with $100 contact lenses that won't sit right on my eyeball. I am very angry that I paid for a fitting and I wasn't fitted properly.
