  • If you thought that TWC was bad, wait until you have to deal with Spectrum. Whole House DVR is gone, enhanced DVR (6 channel) is gone and the customer service people are thoroughly confused with the transition. They told me that they would have to change out my telephone modem that TWC supplied and it would cost $50 if they sent someone out to change it. I went to the office where the sign still indicates that it is TWC and found out that my telephone modem did not have to be changed.
