  • We came back from a trip only to discover our hot water heater had decided to call it quits. Who can blame it? 8 long years in a Phoenix garage - I'd call it quits, too. We found ASAP on Yelp after our normal go-to company told us they didn't have time for us and could send a tech "tomorrow." Tomorrow? For a long time customer? Methinks not. Jason and ASAP were out to the house, well, ASAP (under 3 hours from the time we called) and had a new 50 gallon heater installed a few hours after that. The price came in where we expected (no, not cheap) for a Rheem water heater. So I give these folks 5 stars and will definitely be a return customer if and when the time comes for additional plumbing work.
