This is not an experience for a tourist. It's for people with a kitchen. Walking around, I noticed very few stalls offering samples, and there was next to nothing in the way of ready-to-eat food like you see at many other markets. Maybe I'm spoiled because Pike Place is my market.
Also, surprisingly small. I figured this is the South, and the warmer climates produce a greater variety of food year-round. It's held in a relatively small parking lot next to Old Town.
